Taste Notes

Respected brewers at the Meadville Brewing Society meeting said "don't change a thing". WOOT!!!!

Notes

Pitched 8 oz. lactose with priming sugar into brew bucket prior to bottling. Fermented at 70 degrees steady on bench in kitchen. Gravity held at 1.014 for two weeks. Bottling date was actually 1/21/12. Third place at 2012 Crawford County Fair. Judges notes: A bit light in mouth feel. More ingredients/touch more malt.
