Taste Notes

Tasted 14/12/2018 - Very smooth, slight malt aroma, subtle dryness/bitterness to finish, not much hop flavour or aroma. Still early as head retention not complete.

Notes

Honey used in beer-Beechworth Bee Cause 2 x 400 gram Mountain Honey and 1 x 400 gram Bush Honey. No salts or Acid malt used in this beer. Have been using both for a while now and just want to see what difference it actuall makes.
