Notes
To hit the final gravity make sure a strike temp of 64-66ºC is hit or the beer will be too sweet. The beer should be fermented at 10º raising slowly to 13º. Lager at 7º or better for 2-4 weeks before drinking.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
