Nice stout. Good body and mouthfeel.

Good mash. 45min to drain. Pre-boil gravity 1.039. Good boil, to pitch temp in 25min. SG 1.043. Pitched 2x rehydrated S-05 @ 22°C
Fermentation at 17°C, still some airlock action 04/01. Not transferring to secondary.
First keg 01/23 1.012 4.1%
Second keg blow off 27/03
