Taste Notes

Nice stout. Good body and mouthfeel. Delicious. House stout.

28/12/2020 10am start -4°C Sunny Good mash. 45min to drain. Pre-boil gravity 1.039. Good boil, to pitch temp in 25min. SG 1.043. Pitched 2x rehydrated S-05 @ 22°C Fermentation at 17°C, still some airlock action 04/01. Not transferring to secondary. First keg 01/23 1.012 4.1% Second keg blow off 27/03 ---------‐-------------------------- 28/03/2021 8am overcast -2°C Good mash at 66°C. Pre-boil gravity 1.040 Rehydrated S-05 x2 pitched @ 18.5°C 1.043 (ex 04/2023). Fermented 18°C in chamber. 10/04 First keg 1.009 4.5% 09/05 second keg 1.009 4.5%
