Notes

1/21/14-brewed with Curt. Missed mash temp bad. Cold outside but hit a 145 degree with using 160 degree water. Then after 40 minutes used boiling water to raise temp to 151 degrees for another 20 minutes. Hit OG of 1054. 1/25/14-dry hops deployed!! Krauzen gone now in both carboys.
