Amount Name Type #
7 lbs 4.00 oz RAHR Standard 2-Row (1.8 SRM) Grain 1
2 lbs 12.00 oz RAHR White Wheat (3.3 SRM) Grain 2
10.00 oz Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 3
8.00 oz Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM) Grain 4
0.50 oz Magnum [14.0%] - Boil 60 min Hops 5
0.50 oz Willamette [5.5%] - Boil 30 min Hops 6
1.00 oz Citra [12.0%] - Steep 0 min Hops 7
1.0 pkgs Wyeast 1450 (Wyeast #1450) Yeast 8
49.00 oz Apricot Puree (Secondary 1 weeks) Misc 9

Taste Notes

Citra and Apricot doesn't seem like a good combo but the citra really brings out the apricot flavor

Notes

I added the Apricot puree to secondary for a week. Using a funnel I poured it into a pantyhose with a weight so it wouldn't float to the top.
