Citra and Apricot doesn't seem like a good combo but the citra really brings out the apricot flavorNotes
I added the Apricot puree to secondary for a week. Using a funnel I poured it into a pantyhose with a weight so it wouldn't float to the top.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
