Back end bitterness DOMINATES. Not sure what is causing that. Hope it subsides.Notes
First time using new Thermapen. It seems like the lab thermometer reads warm temps (over 150F) about 2-3 degrees high. If you move the lab thermometer temp drops down to Thermapen reading. Feel pretty good about the $6 lab thermometer.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
