Taste Notes

Back end bitterness DOMINATES. Not sure what is causing that. Hope it subsides.

Notes

First time using new Thermapen. It seems like the lab thermometer reads warm temps (over 150F) about 2-3 degrees high. If you move the lab thermometer temp drops down to Thermapen reading. Feel pretty good about the $6 lab thermometer.
