Notes
Had trouble hitting initial temperature. Mashed in at about 158, so I added 2 qt cold water nearly immediately, which dropped it to 132 (add less next time), and then added boiling water to bring it back up to 148ish.
Couldn't boil entire initial volume, so I boiled most of it and then added the rest at the 30 minute mark.
I broke the hydrometer before taking final gravity.
Tasted as it went into the fermenter and it was great. Hopefully it will ferment cleanly.
