Notes
This is a variation on Ed Wort's Pale Ale recipe, substituting Amarillo Hops for Cascade for a more citrussy/grapefruit character, adjusting for my efficiency, and darkening the color slightly.
Substituted Citra for Amarillo due to availability. May want to dry hop more.
