Taste Notes

Epic! 80% of old school IPA and 20% of new age hop juice. I have really enjoyed this one.

Notes

Sexy summer heat screwed up fermentation. Fermented in 25-27°c for 5 days, and then it settled for 20-23°c. Bottled on 15th day after brew day. Carbonated 0.33l bottles with Coopers carb drops. Added the Campden to water 24h before brewing.
