04-28-2021 1:30 PM SG 1.007 Added Dry hops in a sack. Also installed the Transfer Under Pressure connecting Gauge-QD and PRV assembly in prep for kegging this weekend.
05-02-2021 12:00 Noon KEGGED. Tilt 1.006, Glass Hydro 1.009. OG 1.058 FG 1.009, ABV 6.5%, pH 4.53 at 56.0. Filled keg till it came out the Gas QD, call it 5.25 Gallons, left .25 Gallons in Fermentor. It looked all clear going into keg. Tasted pretty good, seemd like a nice West Coast type of IPA, not too bitter but more bitter than juicy. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
