03-27-2021 BREW DAY BATCH #225 First brew of 2021 Adjusted Golden Promise from 1.00# to 1.25# to use up inventory. Adjusted Maris Otter from 13.50 to 13.25 to compensate. Also installed the Transfer Under Pressure connecting Gauge-QD and PRV assembly in prep for kegging this weekend. 05-02-2021 12:00 Noon KEGGED. Tilt 1.006, Glass Hydro 1.009. OG 1.058 FG 1.009, ABV 6.5%, pH 4.53 at 56.0. Filled keg till it came out the Gas QD, call it 5.25 Gallons, left .25 Gallons in Fermentor. It looked all clear going into keg. Tasted pretty good, seemd like a nice West Coast type of IPA, not too bitter but more bitter than juicy.
