Taste Notes

A Lighter bodied, more commercial Pils than tomsbier IV. full hop flavour, crisp and clean, comparable to Creemore Pils or Steamwhistle roundhouse breweries from Ontario.

Bohemian 2-row pilsner malt, Finest quality malt ( from Ontario beer kegs for malt I.D.) allows you to use it single and appreciate it's flavour and character. Features Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner Malt EBC: 3.0 - 4.0. Lovibond: 1.7 - 2.1. For use in Pilsner, Lagers, Ales. Up to 100% in batch Produced from barley variety "Hanka".
