Taste Notes

Color is orange/yellow and hazy, fruity, juicy flavor with good hop aroma

Mash PH 5.8, add 19ml phosphoric acid 1st runnings 1.064 2nd runnings 1.020 pre-boil 1.042, added 5oz corn sugar new pre-boil 1.044 post boil 1.054 FG 1.022 4.2%ABV
