Acidified sparge water.
Boil pH, 5.5. added 1ml lactic.
@15 mins, add 1ml, 5.3pH.
30.12.20 (0); 1.06, chilled to/pitched 17°. Rehydrated pkt yeast.
4.1.21 (5); 1.023. removed from fridge to ambient to free rise
5.1.21 (6); 1.008. worrying amount of VDKs. Put in fridge at 21°.
6.1.21 (7); VDKs subsided, still worried after last time though.
7.1.21 (8); 1.008. DH1.
8.1.21 (9); 1.007. VDKs seem fine, lots of hop flavour might be covering?
9/1/21 (10); DH2. No VDKs, test passed.
11/1/21 (12); CC
13/1/21 (14); kegged.
