Notes
Boil first gallon of runoff down to .25 gallons, then add back to main boil kettle for the entire boil. Secondary conditioned in keg (cold) for 6 weeks with an American Oak honeycomb that had been soaked in bourbon and vanilla for 2 weeks prior to that.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
