Notes

Used same base malts as Evil Twin but used Perle hops and Wyeast 1084 that was used in Dizzy Lizzy and with .5 lb of Honey malt added.

I was looking for a good summer beer and I think I found it. Solid beer and a hint of honey. I would compare it to a Summer Shandy with a twist. On a hot day it goes down easy and will bring a smile to your face.
