Notes
Used same base malts as Evil Twin but used Perle hops and Wyeast 1084 that was used in Dizzy Lizzy and with .5 lb of Honey malt added.
Blonde Ale
by Mbonn89I was looking for a good summer beer and I think I found it. Solid beer and a hint of honey. I would compare it to a Summer Shandy with a twist. On a hot day it goes down easy and will bring a smile to your face.
