Notes

1/18/14 Set Primary fridge at 54 on 1/18. 1/20/14 Beer temp was 53 on 1/20. Very little krausen and gravity 1.046. Raised fermentation chamber temp to 70 for 6 hours to raise beer temp with a goal of rasing to 60 degrees. 1/21/14 Beer temp was 60. Krausen forming with some dark spots. Gravit 1.033. Set temp on fermenter to 62.5 1/24/14 Beer temp was 63. Krausen still on top but thinning. Gravity 1.011. Tastes pretty corny/grainy.
