Taste Notes

Copy of Steve’s Anvil Red Ale. only slight malt changes where I couldn’t find the same malts at the brew shop. Starting brew without Gary’s top and faucet alterations, hoping they will arrive in time. Last brew with JM.

Notes

- Prepared water with 1 TBSP of Five Star 5.2 PH Stabilizer - Pre-boil gravity = 12.9 Brix / 1.052 SG , Volume = 7 g - Original Gravity = 14.2 Brix / 1.058 OG, Volume = 6.5 g - Added Wyeast Beer Nutrient Blend = 1/2 TSP for 5g… - Fermentation started within 24 hours! - Measured Final Gravity = 1.014 FG - Kegged on 4/10/21, carbonated same day
