Super full and juicy, nice offsetting bitterness, could reduce initial bittering charge to reduce bittering and increase juicyness or could go the other way desired style dependant

Preboil Gravity: 1.046 OG: 1.058 Mash Efficiency: 80 Brewhouse Efficiency: 73 TBC Day 1: (Sun-M21) Pitch Gen 1 Escarpment Hornindal at 2pm OG 1.058, set temp at 32.2c(90f) in kegerator fridge with heat belt on the inkbird Day 3: (Tues-M23) (41 hours in) 7am Gravity 1.020, attenuation at 64.4%, add 6oz dry hops in hop sock with fishing line attached. Top seal stopped working Day 5: (Thurs-M25) 5pm Gravity 1.012, Turn temp down to 1.1c Day 7: (Sat-M27) 5pm Gravity 1.012, Closed Transfer, Harvest Hornidal for Generation 2 Day 21: (Sat-A10) Carbed and drinkable
