I used BEER-N-BBQ by Larry's American Amber Ale #1 recipe and tried to convert it using castle malting malt I have around... still have to try to brew it. waiting for my grainfather g30 to arrive and I'll give it a try --Make a 750 mL yeast starter. still not comfortable making yeast starters so I'll just pitch 2 packages of US-05 instead...
