A simple Kolsh, works well when lagered for 3-4 weeks before kegging/bottling. My wife likes crappy beer (think big beer) and asked me to make something along those lines, but better ... so here it is. Wound up completely crushable and refreshing.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
