Taste Notes

Brew #109 - Copy of "Texakota Red" Ale recipe scaled to 5g batch for 1st brew on Anvil Foundry. Used 1oz of Mike's homegrown cascade hops in whirlpool for aroma.

- Prepared water with 1 TBSP of Five Star 5.2 PH Stabilizer - Pre-boil gravity = 12.9 Brix / 1.052 SG , Volume = 7 g - Original Gravity = 14.2 Brix / 1.058 OG, Volume = 6.5 g - Added Wyeast Beer Nutrient Blend = 1/2 TSP for 5g... - Fermentation started within 24 hours! - Measured Final Gravity = 1.010 FG - Kegged on 12/29/2020 - Carbonated started on 1/17/2021
