FG was 1.028 - higher that I wanted, but still pleasant (and to be expected for my first 12% beer!). Next time, use only US-05, not S-04, which has a lower attenuation. Ideally FG should be 1.020. WLP099 is also a possibility.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
