Mash efficiency was a little higher than expected but hit mash numbers almost perfectly

Day -2: (Fri-F26) Build Overbuilt Starter with 300g DME and 3L water on stir plate (3/8 speed) in clear growler @ 6:00pm. Portioned ~100B 3068 Cells into (3) baby food jars
Day 1: (Sun-F28) Pitch ~200B overbuilt 3068 starter at 3:30pm, set temp at 18c in kegerator fridge with heat belt on the inkbird
Day 3: (Tues-M2) Gravity 1.014
Day 4: (Wed-M3) Significantly slower bubbling (every 9-10 seconds), raised temp to 19c @ 8:00pm
Day 5: (Thur-M4) Gravity @ 1.010, Bubbling every 25 seconds, Raised temp to 24c
Day 6: (Fri-M5) Gravity @ 1.010, Bubbling slowly, Started Cold Crash
Day 8: (Sun-M7) Gravity @ 1.009, Keg with closed gravity transfer, put on system to carb with carb stone lid, pull tab every 15 minutes for the first 2 hours then hourlyish after that
Day 9: (Mon-M8) Hooked up to tap
Day 12: (Fri-M12) Carbed and drinkable? (fingers crossed)
