Tastes good.a fruity bomb. Light on carbonation after 8 days but I under estimated bottling volume so it should be over carbonated if anything.4 litres grub lost when racking into a bottling bucket Notes
20 I made ae a few mistakes: had the wrong equipment profile in BeerSmith, make sure it is the right volume as changing the volume in the other section doesn’t correct properly. I used 22 litre profile and them added5 more litres after mash. Low efficiency because not enough water in mash This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
