2/2/14 ~150F mash 1.053 OG collected 14 gall, boiled down to 12, started 75 min countdown, added another quart or two of final runnings (1.010-1.009) pitched Canadian Belgian in one (wyeast 3864) and white labs flemish blend 665 in the clearer carboy at ~68F the 3864 put in garage at 60F and 665 in house at 68F
