Notes

Första bryggning på Brygg 52 Tillsatt 5,2g CaCo3 Tillsatt 20ml laktol i mäsk samt 5ml i vört innnan kok Humling i wirlpool genom humle tillsatt i termos med vört direkt efter avslutat kok. Återförs i slutet på kylning efter c:a 1tim. Torhumling blir 5 dagar(var tänkt 3) samt att vi tillsätter 4dl passionsfruktspuré till ena tunnan samtidigt.
