Taste Notes
9/2
aroma: spicy (phenolic belgian smell?) creamy bananas
appearance: light gold color with a foamy white head (in hef glass)
flavor: banana esters up front with spicy backend, cinnamon, bananas foster?,
mouthfeel: smooth, its carbed more than most of my beers but its not at all harsh, very full body for what is a light beer
overall: spicy full bodied beer with very little alcohol, i dunno how much its to style but ill find out soon!Notes
re-do of the previous weiss but with double decoction mash
had to re-do the first decoction because it didnt get the mash up to temp, but it worked i think?
fermented in a bucket of cool water (~62 most of the time)
bottled to 27x12oz, 1x1L on 8/11/13
