Taste Notes
appearance is orange/gold with a white foamy head 1-2"
aroma is herby, dank, fruity, a little off
sharp bitterness, best bitterness ive done in a beer, fruity aftertaste, similar to the rye IPA but now balanced with some dankness
full mouthfeel, almost creamy with oil and foam, feel does not lingerNotes
realized after buying ingredients that the gypsum wouldnt be enough to get the correct residual alkalinity, would probably have to get RO water to do that
decided to go with the 5g gypsum because its used in pliny the toddler so why the hell not
Bottled to 18x12oz, 8x22oz, 3x1L on 7/13 (right on schedule for once)
Got a 41 (42, 30, 44) at Santa Cruz County Fair 2013
