Taste Notes

definitely roasty while having nice hop bitterness and character, definitely cleaned up after some age (8/13/13 memory)

Notes

Grain bill based on BCS, hop schedule from what i got in the freezer started 1.1L starter on 4/12 no boilovers, seems like it will be a high yield still bubbling pretty regularly on 4/17 bubbling infrequently on 4/23, will have to take gravity reading before bottling bottled to 21x12oz 2x16oz 10x22oz on 5/10/13 good hop aroma in the fermenter, bitterness seems balanced, good malt backbone
