Taste Notes
very juicy mango flavor, bitterness is at just the right level for a regular ipa, the flavor and aroma of the citra hops make this beer one of the better ones i've brewedNotes
fermentation stopped with ~10 points of gravity left to ferment, roused the yeast and it bubbled away until 2/19
1.010 FG on 2/20 12:20am, decided to dry hop then with plans to bottle on 2/24 (4.5 days)
definitely more grain complexity in the taste than other pale ales ive made recently
bottled to 43x12oz bottles on 2/24This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
