Mildly tart, citrus forward Berliner.Notes
- Diluted 6 gallons to 9 gallons.
- Added lactic acid to drop pH to 4.8 then added 2 handfuls unmilled pilsner malt to hop spider @102F
- pH readings - Day 1 - 4.6 : Day 2 - 4.4 : Day 3 - 4.2 : Day 4 - 4.15
- Boiled 20 mins - added lemon zest and black tea at flame out for 10 minute rest
- Chilled to 68F - Pitched yeast
- Increased 1F per day after high krausen, terminal 71F
-Kegged K6 + K12 - 4 gals each. Estimated ABV 3.8%
