1.-Cuide mucho la densidad en el lavado del grano no bajará de 1.010 según lo que dice la literatura. 2.-me gaste 90L de agua en total y después s de la maceración salieron exactamente 72L de mosto a densidad exacta de 1.041�� soy una verga. Justo lo que pide la receta ������
