Notes

Brewed 8/6/17 with Lizzie. Actual mash temp 151F. Used 1 T. pH stabilizer in mash and 1 T. in sparge water. 12.6 gal pre-boil at 1.052 gravity. End of runnings 1.017 gravity. 10.6 gal after boil at 1.059 gravity. Pickup tube was plugged with hops, decanted all but ~0.5 gal of wort, removed tube, and unplugged. Poured wort back in and adjusted gravity (final 11.5 gal at 1.055 OG). Whirlpooled, and put into two fermentors. Total wort volume ~10.3 gal after leaving trub in bottom. Lost about 1 gal total to trub in kettle. Wort in fermentors at 90F was allowed to cool inside before pitching yeast. Pitch temp 74F. 8/27/17 Kegged. Charged one keg with 26psi CO2 and left at room temp. Placed the other in kegerator at 62F under 14psi CO2.
