Notes

Mash: - Collected 3.5 gallons of wort at 19 Brix (1.076 SG) - Ended up with 6.5 gallons of wort at 15.5 Brix (1.062 SG) Boil: - Added 2 lbs of sugar cooked with DAP and 1 cup of water at 15 min mark - Ended with 5 gallons at 1.086 SG Fermentation - Chilled beer down to mid-70s before transferring to fermenter - Aerated with pure O2 for 90 sec - Pitched yeast after rehydrating with GoFerm - Fermented uncontrolled allowing temp to increase as desired
