Notes
- Apr 8th. Going on my own and mixing 2 recipes (Kolsch n NE IPA). Starting with 9 gallons at a pH of 5.1. Preboil 7 gals at 1.032. 6 gals at OG 1.042. Steep for 170F for 20 mins. FG1.005.
- Sept 16, using MO Pale Malt and Dropping to 8 lbs. Starting with over 9 gals. 1.7 Citra n 2.3 Mosiac. Preboil 8 gals 1.025. 6 gals OG 1.34. FG 1.008. Very cloudy.
- July 15, reduce citra to 1 oz at steep. Preboil 8 gals 1.025. 6 gals OG 1.027
