Taste Notes

Very Fruity (Citrus) IPA. I will brew this again except with Citra rather Mosiac hops. The Idaho 7 hops give a grapefruit flavor. It would be a good summer IPA.

I brewed a modified version of this using Simcoe, El Dorado and Bru-1 hops.
Sensational flavour profile - fruity, tropical, citrus. Good length and balance
