Notes

Rev 1 May 8, 2016. Starting with 5 gals of mash water at 154F. pH 5.4. First runnings Got 3 gals at 1.080. Second runnings got 1.036. Third runnings got 1.030. Boiling 8 gals at 1.052. 5.5 gals at 1.057 OG. Put heat belt on and let sit. Actively fermenting the next morning. May 15th 1 oz citra dry hop. Heat belt was on until May 17th, yikes. Added hops pretty close at the required times. FG 1.011 Dec 17, using 1 tsp of burton salt. 4 gals was too little. 147 mash temp. 7 gals of preboil 1.067. Timer failed so hops additions were every 5 mins after the second. OG 1.069.
