Notes

Now that i’m kegging and can do closed transfers to a purged keg… let’s make some more NEIPA! Brew day from hell. Tried to condition malt, just got sticky and soft, and crushing didn’t crush, just rolled the malt, low efficiency for sure. Did a full mash decoction to get some remaining sugar out then added LDME and dextrose to the boil. Do half the last dry hop (60g) in the keg Day 1 - strange plastic / phenolic flavour starting to come through not long after first dry hop?
