Basing on Mortlager noir after the great idea to ramp it up to make a doppelbock at WEHomebrew.
Upped to get abc to 7% and have added some Special B to bring a dried fruit flavour to it.
Remaking hopefully for the Marstons competition.
Noticed only have just over a Kilo of Munich so replacing 1 kg with some MO??Notes
Scored 39 in Lager than life contest winning the dark lager table and coming 2nd overall.
