Taste Notes

Basing on Mortlager noir after the great idea to ramp it up to make a doppelbock at WEHomebrew. Upped to get abc to 7% and have added some Special B to bring a dried fruit flavour to it. Remaking hopefully for the Marstons competition. Noticed only have just over a Kilo of Munich so replacing 1 kg with some MO??

Notes

Scored 39 in Lager than life contest winning the dark lager table and coming 2nd overall. Carafe and roast added at sparge not mash.
