On bottling: Very promising. Hopping is great.
First tasting: Excellent! Finally got the dry hopping schedule and quantity downNotes
In this recipe I am trying 2 things: 1) a fairly simple brew with a few basic malts and only 2 hops. 2) I really love the citra forward IPAs that many craft brewers are doing these days. I've struggled with it but this one I felt nailed it. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
