Taste Notes

3/2/17 Started 3L starter from 1.5L decanted left over starter from Spring Ryett Starter. Starter multiplied nicely. 3/6/9 Brewed. Lost some wort to open valve, and possibly boiled of more than usual. Hops absorbed mush wort. started boil with 7.5 gal and ended with about 4 usable gal in fermenter. 3/18/17 Added dry hops all except 1oz of Columbus. 3/22/17 Dumped some yeast and washed to bottle with. Bottle by 3/28/17. Ended up with about 4 gal. 5/22/15 Added yeast and rebottled to boost carbonation
