Notes
5/14/17 Made 3l starter and saved a liter, but did not stir before hand so did not get much yeast. REMEMBER TO STIR NEXT TIME. 5/16/17 Trouble getting mash temp correct first appeared too cold, then added hot water and was too hot. Ended up with more wort to boil. boild down to about 6 gal, transfered about 5.5. Tried new chiller, but did not get wort cool enough. Need SLOWER rate of flow, but almost ran out of water. Insulated fermenter but temp not dropping fast enough once fermentatioon started. Basement is 60° 40 hours later temp of fermenter is 69° Started out with about 8.25 gal of wort pre boil. 5/26 Added 1oz Cascade dry hops. 6/2/17 Mixed and boiled 3.5 oz cane suger with 1.5 cups of water for priming. Adding yeast taken from fermenter about a week into fermentaton to bottling bucket with sugar. 24 12oz bottles, 8 16 oz bottles, 1 ltr bottle, plus 1.75 gal mini keg. 6/20/17 Keg version is best beer so far. Hopfully the bottled version will cabonate well. 6/26/17 Tryed a bottle of Rye Rye Again, and it appears to be carbonation well. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
