Taste Notes

Ended up with a sour tast. Most likey contaminated in the fermenter.

Notes

Used 1 liter of 2 liter starter, mashed 83 min. By the next morning the wort was blowing through the air lock, so rigged a blowout tube into pale of sanitizer. Wort only getting down to low 70's with chiller, had to put fan on fermenter to get down to high 60's. Not sure when bottled. Calling it 6/13/17 to play it safe.
