Notes

12/9/17 @ 13:00 3L starter at 69° from Giga yeast #1054 from left from previous starter made on 11/30/17 12/12/17 Started strike water at 9:38. Put last addition hops in fermenter by mistake forgot to add at flame out. Wort is being chilled very fast with recirculating plate chiller. 12/27/17 Kegged and forced carbonated. Final gravity a bit high. Collected over 5.5 gal, transfered extra to little keg as experiment. Considerabley lower alcohol than expected.
