1/8/18 @ 18:00 started 3L yeast starter. A little low on pre boil volume. Not sure if measured post boil gravity, I think it was 1.058. 1/17/18 Transfered beer to secondary fermentor. Zested and sectioned 5 oranges cut sections into 3 pieces and put zest and sections into hop basket and steaped in 170° water until cool. then added to secondary fermentor. 1/31/18 Kegged.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
