May still have a hint of the mint from the previous beer in this keg. We will see if anyone notices. Other wise green sample seems pretty good.Notes
1/31/18 Heated strike water to 170, added 5 tsp Gypsom. Added 9ml Lactic acid to strike water in mash. Ended up with close to 6 gal, Rigged a blowoff tube. Activley fermented longer than ususal, still slowly active over two weeks later. 2/20/18 Discontinued heat on fermenter to cool before Kegging. 2/24/18 Forced cargonated. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
