Notes

2/24/18 Started 4L starter at 16:00. 2/27/18 Calculation off for amount of water needed for wort. Boil off calculation needs to be refigurred. 12 gal redued to about 8.5 gal in first hour, so boilded another 15 to 20 min. Ended up with about 8.5 to 9 gal. The next day fermenting very vigorously. 3/11/18 Harvested yeast, but was not solid at all mostly beer. 3/12/18 Kegged.
