3/19/18 Disconected heat source to cool. 3/21/18 Cooled to 55°, Harvested yeast. kegged and passivley force cabonation at 18 lbs. Will monitor and back off. Very milky looking. The Beano or the yeast may have caused the cloudy look. Usualy caused by lack of cold break or complete starch conversion.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
