Notes

7/25/18 Used Home water, not pre boiled added 6ml lactic acid, and 5 tsp of Gypsom. Ran out of Water in about 20 min wort only down to 90°. Chiller was clogged so the wort wasn't flowing well. Had to disconect hoses and siphon into fermenter. Chilling with fermenter temp control system. 7/27/18 at 9:30 Pitched about a 500ml WPL001 dated 7/17/18, from Sedivy expedition ale and about 150ml of WLP001 dated 6/22/18. from Mikes Ale at 67°.7/29/18 Wort barely bubbling. 10:00 Making a 2.5L Starter from WLP001 1.039. 7/30/18 Smokin'g Joan bubbling hard. will not use the yeast starter, unless gravity falls short of expectations. Put starter in frig. 8/15/18 Kegged beer.
